I called Friday because some channels weren't coming in. I also found out that for a few dollars less than what I was currently paying, I could have more channels, like Cinemax. I just called T-W because the audio stopped. I also found out the person I spoke with didn't make any of the changes to my account... The joys of working with monopolies.

I work for a cable company - but this goes for any customer service call center: 96% of the people that work there have less than 6 months experience and all 96% of those people give 7% of a shit about you and your problem because they make $9 an hour.

Just call back and ask to speak to a supervisor - they generally have a couple years of experience and give a little more of a shit about you.
